USA Medical, Inc. solicits inventions from medical, dental and other professionals, primarily targeted for a medical application. 

Before undertaking prototyping, USA Medical, Inc. will critique the invention using two criterion: if the invention will accomplish its task and if it is manufacturable at a reasonable price for its intended market.

If these criterion look like they can be met, USA will provide the inventor with an estimate of cost to produce a working prototype. If the inventor agrees to assume the cost, USA will, utilizing professionals at Universal's Colwyn, PA or Lock Haven, PA design and fabrication facilities, provide the engineering, materials, and manufacturing expertise to produce a working prototype.

The client/inventor will remain an integral part of this evolutionary process, either through his visiting our facilities or USA visiting his office and/or through electronic communications.

When USA has produced the best prototype it can and the client inventor agrees we have accomplished our stated mission, with the submission to the client/inventor of the prototype and what documentation USA has agreed upon to produce, USA's task is completed.  

An additional service USA can provide is to manufacture the prototype in limited but sufficient quantity for test marketing the new product. USA's marketing division may also be able to assist in the initial marketing of the product.

Please note: USA is not interested in participating in the financing of the development of the invention, owning any portion of the patent or manufacturing the invention beyond the test marketing stage.
